Now he is said to be retired - where will he stand on the list of all time P4P greats? An undefeated World Champion but his refusal to make that big fight with Miguel Cotto really hurts him for me. Yes he had some impressive wins but he never had that big slug fest. He beat Hatton & De La Hoya but Oscar was winning that fight until late and still took it to a split and Hatton was fighting above his natural weight class.

A great fighter but one of the all times greats? Not for me...

I want Mayweather to of fought Cotto and then and only then would I regard him as a true great instead of just great.
