I think Khan will win this one big and keep showing everyone what a talent this kid is. Gomez has a 35-8 record and hasn't really fought anyone of note. I can see Gomez talking the talk but when it comes to walking the walk he'll fall over the skipping rope. |

I've yet to see anyone who could stop Amir Khan in the same ring as him. However all the talk of Diaz or Manny Pac is just ridiculous - he isn't in there league just yet. |

Looking forward to this fight as it's straight after the Holland v Russia game - excellent night of TV on ITV. I think Amir clearly has too much for Gomez but the only question is how quickly he can stop him! |

Well that was a decent fight. It showed that Amir still needs to learn one or two things and he was hurt by that body shot was it in the third? However he showed that he has the heart for the scrap and can come back from the brink. It was a good night for Khan and for Frank Warren, who can now ground Amir and keep him away from a title shot for a couple more fights. |

Much more competitive fight than I thought it would be. Gomez really has the heart of a lion and kept coming forward. Amir showed his naivety and got drawn into a bit of a brawl close up. I enjoyed the fight and think that both men came out of it with tremendous credit. |
