Getting into shape.

Im planning on starting boxing, and want to be in a good/great shape. exercise. How many hours should i put into it, and what should I use it on. And the next question almost the same as the one above, when drinking protein drinks, how much should i train. And about meals, I have gone through the boxers diet on this page.. im eating alot of fruits and eating regular dinners, Some tips for what you eat alot of and too what amount. Would help alot :) Hoping for answers :) |

Hey mate, It looks like you are well on the way to getting into terrific shape. You've made an excellent start. Firstly how old are you as if you are young you don't want to be over doing it. A couple of hours a day is more than enough in your formative years. As for protein drinks, I've never heard of that so maybe someone else can answer? A boxers diet is all about a healthy mix but hardly any fats or oils. Fish, Chicken, Veg are all very good. High in carbos and proteins. |
